After 10 months the first phase of our Belton redevelopment is open although some finishing touches are still needed.
We are thrilled with the new shop and the reaction on the first day from our customers is very positive.
We have decided due to the success of the building project to bring forward the next 2 phases and start them immediately.
Phase 2
We started work on phase 2 which is the second shop, on the 9th of January. All steelworks are now complete and half of the cladding is in place. Weather permitting we should be ready to concrete the floor starting the 3rd week of January.
In the meantime work continues on the new carparks which will be completed in time for the spring.
Phase 3
The much awaited new coffee and toilet facilities will start construction in March as soon as we have finished phase 2.

Belton Garden Centre's Will Dean had great pleasure presenting St Wulfram's church in Grantham with a new 30" LCD screen to enable visitors to the church to view the peregrine falcon's nest positioned on the tower.
The project is managed by Bob Sheppard, leader of the Grantham Peregrine Project, and the live feed, pictures and a blog can be found online here.
